Design & Presentation
Don't think, "I don't have a character, what will happen?" At Mascotya, even if you don't have a character, we design the mascot that best represents your brand together.
Once the design is complete, we move on to the presentation phase. At this stage, we clearly answer the question, "What will my mascot look like when it's finished?"
If you already have a character, we'll send you a character and production presentation along with our price quote, so you can visualize the final look of your mascot before the process even begins.

Material selection and 3D process
After agreeing on the design, we 3D model the parts to be machined with CNC (usually the head and shoe) and make the final decisions together.
Next, we work together to select the fabrics, accessories, and other materials to be used in your mascot, and then we begin production.

Production Process
Depending on our schedule and the design of your mascot, the production process takes approximately 2–5 weeks.
We will keep you informed of our progress throughout this period, so we won't leave you in suspense.

Completion & Delivery
After production is complete, we send you detailed photos and videos to get your final approval before delivering your mascot.
Complete with a special carrying case, instructions, and the pride of adding another valued character to the Mascotya family, we prepare your mascot for delivery.
